find duplicates in a table

below is the script which will give info on duplicates in  a table

SELECT YourColumn, COUNT(*) TotalCount
FROM YourTable
GROUP BY YourColumn
HAVING COUNT(*) > 1
ORDER BY COUNT(*) DESC
